Nissan Navara D22 YD25 2.5L UPGRADE Intercooler

This intercooler is a direct swap for all 2.5L d22 navaras from 2007 onwards Direct fit all aluminium fully welded intercooler for 2.5L D22. Our intercooler completely does away with the factory poorly designed crimped on end tanks and core that are known for splitting apart and leaking . It uses a fully welded bar and plate core. It also still retains the factory mounting positions and pipe locations. The core is 80mm thick upgraded in size over the factory unit. It also comes with a billet aluminium air plate that directs all of the air that comes through the scoop onto the fins of the core.
