We do not accept returns if you have changed your mind and don't want the product anymore.

We will only accept returns in the case of an order mistake where you would like to swap it for the correct part that we have. 

NOTE: We will only accept exchanges if the incorrect product is in 100% unopened, perfect condition when being returned to us for exchange.

Any returned products will require the purchaser to pay for the freight back to us and the freight charge for the new part to be sent, so please take your time and purchase carefully. Use the contact us link if you need help. Restocking fees may apply.

If the wrong model was incorrectly ordered, we are happy to exchange, but will require you to pay the freight charge for the new item and we will only exchange if the returned product is 100% unused and in original packaging.

All Forefront Industries products are thoroughly tested and inspected before they are dispatched.

All warranties are void if NOT fitted by an experienced and qualified Automotive technician!

No parts are covered or guaranteed against failure, or damage arising from faulty or incorrect fitting,

Incorrect application or damage caused by any means over which we did not have control.

We disclaim any liability for labour cost or postage costs or any other damage or costs attributed to the failure of parts supplied by us.

We will replace free of charge any parts, that in our opinion after examination by us, are defective through faulty material or manufacture, or refund monies.

All returned goods must be accompanied by an ORIGINAL invoice from us or one of our certified distributors ONLY.

No warranty is transferable from original receipt holder.
